This page lets you transfer existing address book information using a CSV data file. Address and fax information can be added to this device by importing it. This same information can be exported to another device or archived.
Option 1: Import Address Book.
Enter the name of the file to be imported. The file can be created with a text processor or spreadsheet program, or exported from other devices. Then click Import.

Option 2: Export Address Book.
Step 1: Select the address book information you would like to export.
  E-mail Address Book   Fax Address Book
  E-mail Distribution Lists   Fax Speed Dials
  Authorized User List
Step 2: Enter the name of a file that will be generated. This file will contain the information selected above. Then click Export.
Address Book File Name (destination):
   
Option 3: Clear Address Books.
Select the address books you would like to clear. Then click Clear Selected Address Books(s).

Click Back to return to the General Settings Page.
