Home Screen Setup
Customize the Home screen by showing, hiding, or re-ordering applications.
Home Screen Main Applications
Prevent usage of applications by not showing them on the Home screen. Click the Modify Order button to place important applications, or those that are most frequently used, at the top of the list.
  Show/Remove All Home Screen Applications Description
  Show Copy Users will not be able to make copies at the device if unchecked.
  Show Fax Users will not be able to send faxes from the device if unchecked.
  Show E-mail Users will not be able to scan a hardcopy and send using e-mail if unchecked.
  Show Workflow Users will not be able to use the workflow solution if unchecked
  Show Network Folder Users will not be able to scan and send to a network folder if unchecked.
  Show Job Storage Users will not be able to save or retrieve stored jobs at the device if unchecked.
  Show Create Stored Job User will not be able to create a stored job at the device if unchecked.
  Show Job Status User will not be able to cancel or see status of jobs at the device if unchecked.
  Show Secondary E-mail Users will not be able to scan a hardcopy and send using e-mail if unchecked.
  Show Supplies Status Nobody can modify tray settings or view status or details of supplies.
  Show Administration Nobody can modify defaults, set up, or reconfigure the device at the control panel.
Other Home Screen Settings
Prevent access to other Home screen controls by not showing them on the Home screen.
  Show the Network Address button
  Show the Date and Time
  Show the Language Selection button

Requiring Sign In and Controlling Access
Main applications can be set to require signing in before user access is granted. Go to the Authentication Manager page under the Settings tab to set this up.
