This page lets you add, edit, or delete users who are allowed to use various device functions such as copy, fax, and digital sending. Click Help for more information.

Option 1: Add new users.

To add a new user, click Add New User.

Option 2: Edit or delete existing users.

To edit a user, select the entry in the list and then click Edit User.

To delete a user, select the entry in the list and then click Delete User.

Type a name, or select from the authorized user list:

Name	Address

Click Back to return to the General Settings Page.

Step 1: Enter the name, e-mail address, and user PIN.

Name (as displayed at the device, e.g. Sally Smith or Smith, Sally):

E-mail Address (for example, Sally.Smith@mycompany.com):

User Access PIN (4 to 8 digits):

Step 2: Select whether or not to add the user automatically to the e-mail address book.

Add user to email address book automatically.
